Shipping and returns

We currently ship to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. We are working to expand the service to the rest of the Spanish territory.

Standard shipping

Shipment by parcel companies. It is done when your order does not exceed 60kg. and the sum of the height, width and length of the package is less than 300 cm.

Free shipping on purchases over 50€*. On orders of less than 50€, the shipping cost is 4,95€. It does not include the uploading to the floor or the assembly of furniture if necessary.

*Special shipping conditions apply for the Kare Design brand.

For orders that include Kare brand products, the shipping costs are:

Orders from 0 to 150€ - 6,90€

Orders from 151€ to 300€ - 14,90€

Orders from 301€ to 500€ - 39,90€

Orders from 501€ to 1.500€ - 69€ - 69,90€

Orders over 1.500€ - free of charge

Shipment to delivery point

Shipment by GLS to collection point. To select the collection point where you want the shipment to arrive, enter your zip code, city or click 'see map' and you will see the nearest store where you can pick up your order. You have 10 working days to pick up your order. Available for orders up to 15kg.

Comfort Delivery

Delivery by companies specialized in furniture transport by appointment. Our specialists will deliver your order to any room in your house. Does not include assembly or disassembly.

This service is available for orders over 40kg, whose sum of height, width and length of the package is greater than 300 cm or very sensitive to breakage during transport.

The cost is variable depending on the destination, being 29€ in the case of Peninsula and Mallorca and 49€ in the case of Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. Free shipping on orders over 700€ in Peninsula and Mallorca, and 1.500€ in the case of Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.

Delivery with assembly

Delivery and assembly by companies specialized in furniture transport by appointment. Our specialists will take the order to any room in your house and assemble it if necessary. For safety reasons, they will not be able to make holes in the wall or ceiling.

Free shipping and assembly on purchases over 1500€. For orders of less than 1500€, the shipping and assembly cost is 49,95€. Conditions valid for mainland Spain and Mallorca. In the case of Menorca and Ibiza, free shipping and assembly on orders over 3.000€, in orders under 3.000€, the cost is 99€. We do not assemble furniture in Formentera.

**If the service of a crane or lifting platform is necessary to access from the facade to the interior of the house to deliver the furniture (for example, if the product does not fit through the elevator or stairs), these costs will be borne by the customer and must have been previously indicated.

Store pick-up

The collection of the order in our stores in Palma de Mallorca and Calvia is always free of charge.

Delivery times

The products of decoration, kitchenware and lighting in stock made before 14h will be delivered within a maximum of 72 working hours. Furniture products in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

If they are not in stock they will be delivered in approximately 20-45 working days, the delivery time is specified on the product pages.

If the order includes products with different delivery dates, the order will be grouped in one shipment based on the latest delivery date.

Product defective or damaged in transit

When you receive your order, you must check the condition of the products in the presence of the delivery personnel. Any anomaly you notice must be noted on the delivery note and communicated to us within 24/48 hours. We need you to send us photographs showing the packaging and the damage to the product to info@trendshome.es in order to process the incident.

No claims will be accepted for transport reasons that have not been communicated to us within 48 hours from the receipt of the order.

Changes

To make any change, it is necessary to return the product and place a new order.

Returns

To return a product, you have 14 days from the day you receive it. Products made according to the specifications of the consumer and user, or clearly personalized or made to measure, are exempt from return.


In order to make a return it is necessary to send an email to info@trendshome.es indicating the order number and the products you wish to return and we will indicate the steps to follow.

We will send you a courier to pick up the product at the time that suits you best. You only have to take into account that you need a margin of 2 hours to make the collection. For example, from 10:00h to 12:00h.
Once we receive the products, and if the state of them is correct, we will proceed to refund the total amount of your purchase minus 4.95€ for shipping costs within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the notification of exchange / withdrawal by the user in the case of returns of products under 10kg. In the case of orders of more than 10kg will be refunded the total of the returned products minus 49.95 € for return shipping costs.

Once the product is received in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount except shipping costs generated by the return through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ANY RETURN:

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain the instructions, documentation, accessories and, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling. If this original packaging and labeling is not included, Trends Home reserves the right to consider that the product has suffered depreciation.
  2. The return to Trends Home must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that ensures the return of products in perfect condition.
