CAPSULE table lamp designed by Foster + Partners and manufactured by the Spanish firm of Carpyen.
The table lamp brings a soft light to any space with its cylindrical shape, which are magnified by the smoothness of its curves, allowing for uniform illumination, showing the depth and textural details of the alabaster rock.
The material is mined in northern Spain, supporting local manufacturing. Given the naturalness of the material, the colors and veins vary from one stone to another, making each lamp a unique piece. In addition, it is placed on a thin strip of bronze and the light intensity of these lamps can be varied by a small touch dimmer.
